Mike Kunkle is a respected sales transformation architect and widely-recognized sales training and sales enablement expert.  He’s spent 24 years as a corporate leader or consultant, helping companies drive dramatic revenue growth through best-in-class learning strategies and his proven-effective sales transformation methodologies.

As just two examples, at one company, as a result of six projects, Mike and his team delivered an accretive $398MM in revenue, year-over-year.  At another, within 9 months, newly-hired sales reps with 120 days on the job were outperforming incumbent reps with 5 years with the company.

Today, Mike is the VP of Sales Transformation for Digital Transformation Inc. (a division of Fast Lane Consulting & Education Services), consulting, writing, speaking, leading webinars, designing sales learning systems that get results, and guiding clients through all aspects of their sales transformation.

Mike Kunkle has worked for multiple software and SaaS companies, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 25 corporations. Most recently he held the roles of Sr. Director of Sales Enablement and Sr. Director of Sales Readiness Consulting for Brainshark, a leading sales enablement technology vendor. 

A long-time advocate for e-learning done well, and creating effective blended curricula with flipped classrooms and effective learning systems, Mike is a strong supporter of technology-assisted learning.  He’s also an expert in building sales technology stacks that support sales onboarding, sales readiness, and sales enablement efforts, to accelerate sales force performance.
